WALTER MAKUNDI, A TANZANIAN LIVING IN SINGAPORE, MEETS VISITING SENIOR GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS FROM SEVERAL AFRICAN COUNTRIES Mr Walter Makundi (in blue shirt), a Tanzanian Civil and Structural Engineer who has lived in Singapore with his family since 1994, has described his recent meeting with senior government officials from several African countries as a great honour. The engagement, organised by the Chandler Academy of Governance, brought together delegates from Rwanda, Kenya, Uganda, Mauritius, Malawi, Somalia, Zambia, Tanzania and South Africa. “I am sincerely grateful to the Chandler Academy of Governance for allowing me to share my personal reflections on Singapore’s remarkable transformation,” Mr Makundi said.
